SSl, unsecured elements in chrome only

I have SSL installed on
It works great in firefox and safari.
I'm unfortunately seeing the https symbol in chrome on some pages that mean some of the elements aren't secure.
I've checked in inspect element>console, but can't find the culprit.
What is weirder is if the page is refreshed, the un-secure element warning goes away. Plus the same page in firefox/safari doesn't show it at all.
To re-create problem in chrome:
-navigate to
-click the home button to go to
-you'll see the 'some elements aren't secure' warning in url bar
-refresh page and it's all back to green
