I have upgraded my plan to a subscription plan. the site

I have upgraded my plan to a subscription plan. the site only shows the old smash purchase and does not seem to connect to my WPMU account on your site.

    First of all please synchronize your membership status with our server via WPMU DEV > Support > Support Staff > on the bottom of the screen click link saying "Check Again" .

    If this doesn't help you then please logout from WPMU DEV Dashboard and Log in again. And finally you can contact our Billing deaprtment directly via our our secure contact form if you can't see your membership updated in above ways.

    Select "I've billing question", write your query and send it to us. One of representative from our billing department will handle your issue soon.
