Hello, I installed the plugin however I cannot use it. At the top of the page it says API not connected (refer to attachment).

    Hope you're doing well today!

    I just checked my installation and my API is connected, which leads me to believe there is something in your installation that is blocking communication between our dashboard and the smush it server. Do you have any security or caching plugins installed? Sometimes those can cause conflicts.

    If you could deactivate and then clear your browser cache and check the API status again that would be helpful. You may want to deactivate all other plugins temporarily just in-case.

    Keep in mind that WP Smush Pro requires that the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin be installed and active as that is how it communicates and authenticates your API key.

    If it's still not working, then would you mind granting support access?

    You can grant support access from your dashboard via: WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access.
