I know I'm probably missing something very obvious, but

I know I'm probably missing something very obvious, but I can't get the popups to show up. I've followed the instructions - tried the different popup loading methods, but with no luck.

Is it possible my theme is getting in the way. Is Popup Pro compatible with WP 4.0.1?

The page I have it set up on is http://reddotblog.com/glimpses-xanadu-gallery/

(I've also tried it loading on all pages with no luck)

Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Hope you're doing well today and thanks for your question!

    Pop up Pro is compatible all the way up to the most recent WP release, 4.1, which was released today :slight_smile:

    Can you try it with the default 2014 or 2015 theme to make sure it's not a theme conflict.

    Do you mind granting support access so we can check out your pop up settings? Then we can further test it out.

    You can grant support access via admin dashboard - WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access.

    It would also be worth checking for plugin conflicts by deactivating all other plugins and then checking if it displays correctly.
