I need help un-protecting the FAQ Question?

Hi, so I've taken off the protection rules for FAQ in the Support System plugin but it still shows as protected. Can someone assist?

    Hello Mark,

    I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

    I took a liberty of accessing your site and checking "Support System" settings. With current settings all logged-in users should be able to see the FAQ. However, the plugin doesn't allow anyone who's not logged-in to see FAQ's (even on front page) and it's by design: you can either show it to all logged-in users or just to users of certain user-roles.

    It may be possible to add another shortcode that wouldn't check if a user is logged in, however I need to ask our 2nd-line support for help here as I'm not sure if it would require any serious changes to plugin's code.

    That said, please keep an eye on this thread for further information!
