I paid for the WPMU Dashboard and successfully added it

I paid for the WPMU Dashboard and successfully added it to my blog's plugin. It is there but each time I try to activate a plugin. I keep getting message that I need to upgrade. I have already paid the first month $39 and set up monthly subscription of $99 using my PayPal account.

I have received payment confirmation on both emails and in my WPMU member area. Why am I unable to add any plugins or themes if I already paid. I have cleared cookies on my computer and tried different browsers but no success. Please help.

    Hey Liz,

    Welcome to the WPMU DEV Community!

    So it's not letting you download/install the plugins at all?

    Can you make sure you are logged into the right account through the dashboard. Go to:

    WPMU DEV > Manage > Click the "edit" link beside the API key. This will prompt you to re-login.

    If it's just the admin notices that you are seeing then you can go to that same manage page to hide those :slight_smile:
