I purchased the package after the free Smush It plugin

I purchased the package after the free Smush It plugin stopped working. However, I pushed all my photos to your servers, and it is going to take 7 days! That's alot. I would like to cancel the service and get a refund.

    The Smush plugin has been especially popular in the past few days, so the Smush server is taking longer than normal to process image batches. The wait shouldn't be as long as predicted currently, the server is churning through requests as quickly as it can under the close watch of the dev.
