I put in a support question and received an answer

I put in a support question and received an answer but cannot reply. Its requesting me to become a member which I am until April. My original question was "Floating Social not working in magazine theme" was answered and is waiting a reply.

I still cannot see the floating social when I access the site from my dashboard, which I need to share my own blogs. It appears that it does display for incoming visitors. So can that be changed?
