I really like the plug in a lot and it does pretty much everything I need it to do. I would like to know if I can block off a period of days or weeks to prevent bookings? We are thinking of closing for renovations and would still like the possibility of clients to able book on line around those times. What I'm really saying is instead of adding each date we are closed in the "Exceptions" I could do a "from - to" instead?

    thanks for the post.

    unfortunately, that's not possible. you would have to use the exceptions.

    if you are using full googlecal sync, you could actually go into your googlecal & mark those dates as unavailable or booked. that would then sync to appointments+ in the reserved by Gcal entry on the appointments page, which would effectively block those dates from being booked by appointments+ as they're reserved.

    Unfortunately we don't use Googlecal so I guess it's going to have to be a manual input of date for date. :slight_frown:

    Maybe something worth considering for a future update especially to cover sickness and staff holidays etc?
