I really need this issue fixed. I initially payed for WPMU

I really need this issue fixed. I initially payed for WPMU Dev to install my WPMU. I also added a hosting account at psek as part of the plan. I have been a regular customer of your support plan and was recently charged $419. I have posted this issue on the forum but and also tried in the plugin chat room.
