Could you please grant us temporary support access to your website so we can have a better look at your setup and settings? You can grant us access via WPMUDEV Dashboard plugin, there's no need to share credentials. Here's our detailed documentation page about it:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-5

And could you please describe step by step how we can replicate this issue on your site, it's also would be great if you can show us a screenshot of the error you're getting.

No additional information on image sizes, restrictions, or requirements can be found on your site through the documentation.

Please, let us know are you referring to any of our plugins or to WordPress at all? Usually, the maximum image upload size depends on the WordPress and your server configuration. Here you can find more information on how to check and increase the maximum upload size on your site:

    Kind regards,
    Katya

I don't have the WPMU plugin installed. Here are your login credentials. Its not a file size issue so the article doesn't apply to this. I tried to add the jpeg and png through an image element that I dragged into the page I'm editing. I've included the screenshot of the page and the elements that I'm trying to add the image to.

    Hi RJ

Hope you are doing good today.

I see your screenshot attachment and your issue is related to our Upfront plugin.

As Katya Tsihotska mentioned would you please grant us access to your site to take a closer look on this issue?
You can learn how to grant WPMU DEV Support Access at the following link:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-5

If you don't want to install WPMU DEV Dashboard to give as access please don't share any sensitive information (i.e credentials) in the Support Forum, it has public visibility and everyone will have access to it.
To do that please send it through our secure contact form here https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/#i-have-a-different-question and make sure that subject is "I have a different question".
