I upgraded to the full year but when I go to add plugins

I upgraded to the full year but when I go to add plugins to site it is asking for me to upgrade and does not load them?

    I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

    I can see that you're full subscription is active for another year. Please try following steps before we go any further:

    1. Being logged in into your WPMU DEV account visit this page:

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/hub/account/

    2. In "API Key" box click on "Reset APIKey" gray button and follow onscreen instructions if necessary

    3. Go back to your site's dashboard and then on "WPMU DEV -> Dashboard" page logout and log back in

    If you do have any caching plugin running on your site (e.g. W3 Total Cache) please clear/purge all caches and disable it temporarily prior to taking an action described above.
