I was reviewing my Hosting/Server logs and came across the attached below.

I believe this in lingering code as I have removed the 'wpmu-dev-plusone' plugin some time ago.

Please tell me how to remove this.... the directory/path no longer exist, so it must be a statement left over in the theme or code in the database.
