Live support cancelled ?
I was waiting for 2 hours for live support to start again and change my plans only to find out it is closed. Did not say cancelled it said close. It did say that topic, plugins, would not me back until next schedule time. Why there not a cancelled message for that time on the calender so do not waste time waiting? How can I be sure that the next scedule live support will also not be cancelled five mintues before it suppose to start?
Please have a better way of letting us know if these support time are for real or are they all just hopefully they will happen and you have to wait to find out if they will?
IF cancelling, you guys should give at least 12 hours notice and have it posted on that page. Thanks
