I would like three features for this plugin. 1) To view

Hi,
I would like three features for this plugin.

1) To view availability of multiple service providers on the same page. The first column is the service provider's name. Then one column for each day of the month marked available or unavailable. This is on the basis the provider is either available for the day or not available.

2) Ability to download a .pdf of the above.

3) Not to ignore "all day" appointments in the Google Calendar.

Many thanks
Phil

    Hi there @Philip

    I hope you're having a great day!

The first 2 features you have noted above sound like very specific custom use-case features and, as such, would not likely make their way into the core of the plugin.

However, that doesn't mean that they cannot be done as a custom job.

For example, the 1st feature could be accomplished with a custom function to query your database for the required data, and output it in a custom template.

Although I'm not exactly how to do that, I believe one of my colleagues like @Ashok might be able to provide some insight.

As for getting your page content into downloadable PDF format, perhaps one of the easiest ways would be to use a plugin like one of these:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/printfriendly/
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/pdf-print/

Finally, could you please clarify what you mean by the 3rd point? Do you mean that you want the Appointments plugin to not block off days that are marked busy in your Google calendar? Or do you want Google calendar to not mark days busy where appointments have been booked all day in the plugin?

Hey @Philip, thanks for your patience here!

    In regards to this:

As I understand it if I enter an "all-day" event in my Google calendar then Appointments+ ignores it so will mark me as available when I am not. What I want it to do is mark me as unavailable when I have one of these appointments in the diary.

While it's something that could be considered, in the meantime, you could create an event with the same duration & start time that your service has (as Appointments+ presently requires a start and end time for an event).

In regards to your first request, we can assist you with this if you want to try coding this yourself. If PHP coding isn't something you're comfortable with though, you may wish to post a job for this on our Jobs Board:

Hope you're having a great start to your weekend!

    Kind Regards,
    Michael
