    Hello Laurent_C,

I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

This list includes some variants of Operating Systems available. To be precise: it's all the same system (Linux) but different distributions. This parameters doesn't make any significant difference for a regular usage unless you're going to work directly with shell (bash) commands (root access). If so, then the choice should be based more on your personal preferences and a level of familiarity with a given Linux distribution.

The only difference that may count here is a 32/64 bits. Pretty much all the servers today run on CPUs that fully support 64bits operation system so I'll go for that option.

The factors that are really significant though would be:
    - available CPU speed
    - available RAM memory amount
    - available PHP version(s)
    - webserver software that's powering the server (e.g. Apache vs. NGINX vs Litespeed)
    - the connection (upstream/downstream) that's connecting your server to the nearest node
    - available database(s) type(s) and version(s)

That's what I would check in a first place if I was looking for a good new VPS/dedicated server.

    I hope that helps!
    Best regards,
    Adam
