I would like to track my time spent on Support Tickets.

I would like to track my time spent on Support Tickets. We have a client user role for each subdomain where the client will submit a ticket. Once the ticket is submitted, it goes to our development team and someone will take it over and complete the ticket. We would like the time to be displayed to both the client and web developer and for there be a way to generate reports based on time and/or subdomain...

I know this sounds like a lot but it would be an awesome addition. Either that or some way to integrate Toggl with the Support System plugin.
