I'm having trouble accessing my account

My account ky@kyrona.com seems to be inactive again. The password I used last month is no longer working and when I tried to reset my password it said that there was no account with that username. Can you see what's happening from your end.

I have still been unable to activate a plugin or service since I paid the fee in August. Very frustrating. I am sure when I rang last month this was all sorted out, oh well, strange things happen
