Image Embed Codes are being broken After new update

I have attached a screenshot. The top part is the code I enter in coursepress. The bottom part is the code on the front end looking through the inspector tool in chrome.

There is a ton more code that is being added to the image embed and it is not being loaded properly. The code is trying to call in HTTP elements and all my sites are HTTPS compliant. Now the image is not loading.

Here is the exact URL where you can see the issue:
https://learn.publicwords.com/courses/presentation-prep/units/unit-9-create-better-interactions/page/4/page/4/

Please take a look and advise on what I can do to make these calls be made through HTTPS.

Thanks.

Hello @Black Fox, I hope you are doing well today!

I have tested this on my sandbox site with the SSL certificate and CoursePress theme. Uploaded an image inside the unit and updated the plugin from ver. 1.2.6.6 to ver 1.2.6.7 and I can't recreate the same behavior.

I checked the image library, and notice that the image URL from the link you posted is with the HTTP protocol, and this protocol applies to all images you have in the media library.

In your WordPress general settings [General > Settings: WordPress Address (URL), Site Address (URL)] the protocol is still set to HTTP and not as HTTPS. So you need to force all pages to HTTPS.

Or you can use the following plugin to clean up your WordPress website's HTTPS insecure content
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/ssl-insecure-content-fixer/

    I hope this helps!

    Cheers,
    Nastia
