Images on subsites not appearing

Hi,

The images on my subsites are not appearing. How do I fix them as they seem to be broken links.

    Hi Serge,

    Hope you're well?

Have you recently moved this site from a different domain or server or something? Just trying to get a picture of what might be happening?

Could you grant support access via the dashboard plugin so we can take a closer look? See https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-dev-dashboard-enabling-staff-login/

Also could you copy/paste your htaccess file so I can check if that's ok?

    Thanks

I didn't move the site. I was getting brute force attacks on my sites and as well, buddypress groups has been hacked with over 4000 users who are posting posts that I would like to mass delete.
The site was running slow and I did a GT Matrix text and found out my images were not optimized. I installed Securi and Wordfence to deal with the hackers and virus. For the images, I tried to use WP smush it Pro and I never received the optimized images. The site stalled as it was too slow to process about 480 images. I tried the standard smushit plugin and it completed the task but it didn't change the images much. I tried Imsanity pluging https://wordpress.org/plugins/imsanity/ and it did help to resize the images. Somewhere a long the lines, I didn't realize the images were not appearing on the subsites. I did backup the wp-content folder and also the database.

I have since re-installed my database with a backup I created a few-days ago. The main images are there but the subsites are not there. I'm suspecting the links are broken or the meta data needs to be updated.
