Import Appointments Created in GCal With Parsed information

Hello,

So, Appointments+ exports appointments to GCal with all the information, but is there a way to create events in GCal first then import them into Appointments+ so that the appointments get correctly parsed and assigned to the proper client, service provider, service, location, etc.?

I want an admin to be able to also create appointments in GCal for the different providers, then have that reflect in Appointments+ on the website calender.

Thank you.

    Hi @Michael Kaplan

Hope you are doing good today

There is no option to import appointments and assigned them to relevant service providers with locations etc...

However, we do have Google calendar synchronization that can be enabled from Appointments > Settings > Google Calendar from where you can set two way synchronization now appointments created in Google first will also be imported. There is also an option "Allow Service Providers for Google Calendar API Integration" using that each server provider can connect their own calendar separately. This way you or any other service provider can integrate his own calendar with other service provider account. Now each appointments created on Google calendar will also be added in appointments + database and assign that service provider to it. Its not perfect but a workaround according to your requirements.

If that does not work for you then I can also move it to features and feedback section to be considered for development. If enough members show their interest then it can be considered for development.

Take care and have a nice day

    Cheers, Sajid
