Improperly filled out form error messages in red

Hi. I have Magic Members and BuddyPress. I've been back & forth with Magic Members over this, and finally I tried disabling the BuddyPress plugin to see if maybe it was an issue with BuddyPress. And it is.

So here goes. When my users improperly fill out the registration form (http://txhubcouncil.org/register/), they get messages that say:

Please enter a username
Please check your email address
Please make sure you enter your password twice
This is a required field

I would like these messages to be in red.

I'd also love for there to be a message (in red) at the top of the screen (under "Create an Account") that says something like "Please properly fill in the form" when a user doesn't properly fill out the form. But I'm not sure where to create/modify that.

Thanks!

    Hi @ice9design

    I've had a look at your site and it looks like those messages all have the class of "error", so something like this added to your themes stylesheet should do the trick:

    .error {
    color: #a00;
    }

    As for adding text, that's a bit more difficult. It would be something you probably need to use jQuery for and I'm afraid I have never used Magic Members so I wouldn't know where to start.

    Cheers,
    Mike
