In CoursePress first 10 units of the course are not visible to students

There's a course on a site with over 10 lessons (units) but students cannot see all of them. If you visit the "Course Units" page on front and as admin, you'll see lessons starting from "Lesson 1" on a list but if you do the same as a student, the list starts with Lesson 10.

    Hello JoDee
I hope you are doing fine today

I exported your course to my site and the students were able to see all units of the course, I know you performed a plugin conflict test before, but can you try this time with Membership 2 plugin disabled too ?

It will also be great if you can send us the FTP credentials so we can perform such tests easily.

You can send credentials by using our secure contact form

    - FTP credentials (host/username/password)
    - Link back to this thread for reference
    - Any other relevant URLs

    Hello there JoDee,

hope you're doing good today!

First, I was told I would get an email about this - I never did.

You should be getting a email notification for every reply in here, please check your spam folder, in case these are getting sent in there, and if so, please mark the as a trusted sender.

Second, I did the test again. The ONLY plug in that caused a problem was Membership 2.

I just used the support access that's granted and I can see that Membership 2 is deactivated now.
Could you please re-activate it, so the issue is reproducible again and let us know here in your next reply? We could then review your settings and try to replicate this in a testing site of ours.

    Warm regards,

PS. I noticed that you're using the free version of Membership plugin
    instead of the premium one
    Is this intended? Please advise!

    Hello JoDee,

hope you're doing good today!

I have reactivated it. I don't know why I had the free version, because I installed it while I was logged into this site. I have since reinstalled it - again from your site.

Please keep in mind that in order to update Membership 2 Pro, you should have activated our WPMUDEV Dashboard plugin. This could have happened, if you'd deactivated temporarily WPMUDEV Dashboard, so you should have got an update notification for the free version instead (this is happening because version number of free is higher than premium).

I inspected your settings and tried to replicate this issue in a fresh local site of mine. What I did:
    - exported your course and imported it into my CoursePress
    - setup Membership 2 Pro, activating the same add-ons as in your site
    - added a protection rule for the course
and I was still unable to replicate this issue, my testing student user can see all units.
I even tried to replicate the rest of the protection rules you have, with no avail.

Having said that, would it be possible for you to create a staging environment, meaning a complete and exact copy of this installation into another location/folder in the same server, using a separate database? We could then perform some more tests in there, including a complete conflict test. If so, and as this is public forum, you should send us your details through our safe contact form using this template:

    Subject: "Attn: Dimitris"
    - WordPress admin (login url/username/password)
    - FTP credentials (host/username/password)
    - cPanel/Plesk credentials (host/username/password)
    - link back to this thread for reference
    - any other relevant urls

Keep in mind the subject line as ensures that it gets assigned to me.

I can also see that the testing user you've provided during the chat session, seems that he completed the course. I wonder, is this something that's happening for specific members? Or all students deal with that? Please advise!
PS. Here's a nice handy plugin that could also assist testing this:
