Install not possible

I just installed your plugin dashboard, but I cannot install a plugin especially membership 2 pro. I always get the same feedback "Server error status: OK [200]".

What can I do?

    Hope you're doing well today!

    The "200" status means that the connection to the external server (our servers in this case) was successfull, which is expected, but it shouldn't be shown to you during install.

    I checked your IP and there is no block from our side, also, this can be a temporary issue in connecting to our API, so, are you still having this issue? If yes, I will suggest you to:

    1) update WordPress for the last version (4.7.4).

    2) enable the debug flags adding the following codes to your wp-config.php?

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    It will be saved to a debug.log file inside the "wp-content" folder. Can you share it with us?

    Note: Save the file as a .txt, because the .log extension is not allowed in the attachments.
