Install Plugin without Dashboard

I'd like to install a plugin without using the dashboard. it seems your dashboard plugin is conflicting with another plugin.

    Hope you are well.

    You can install plugins directly from the site, but the WPMU DEV Dashboard let's you know about plugin and theme updates and allows you to grant us support staff access to further check your issue.

    Just to make sure it is the WPMU DEV Dashboard causing the issue, could you please install the latest version from this link?

    Then could you deactivate all plugins but the WPMU DEV Dashboard and activate them one by one until you find the trouble plugin? It might also be a theme, please activate the Twenty Fifteen theme and see if this changes anything.
    If you think you know what the trouble plugin is already, please post it here so we can test it out and get it fixed. :slight_smile:

    Pick the plugin you want and then you will be able to download the .zip file for your site.

    I can see that you are currently on the trial membership. While on the trial membership, you cannot download our plugins and themes directly. You have a couple options.
    A: Wait for the trial to end and the first payment to be collected.
    B: Skip the trial with the link in The Hub. After skipping the trial, you will be able to download all of our plugins and themes directly via our site. Then you can upload the .zip files to your site like any other plugin or theme.

    I would consider that by not using the WPMU DEV Dashboard, you will not be notified of new versions of plugins or themes. Most of the time when our support team is trying to diagnose an issue for you, it is best to use the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin so you can grant us support access. This helps us to view your site securely without exchanging password information and you can control the access from WP Admin. That is just one of the many benefits that you will not have without our DEV Dashboard plugin.

    Just one note here, for future reference, it is best to open a ticket if it is not about something general such as this topic. If it is something that may be specific to your site, it will not speed up the process by replying on another ticket, best to open your own so we can troubleshoot your site. This helps everything to flow much more smoothly.
