installed plugin-now cannot login to wordpress

Hello, I just installed a plug in and now I am unable to log into my wordpress account. I was told to go into my FTP and delete it but I installed a few plugins and I’m not sure which one to delete (or how to even find them). I can’t view my site or log in to my wordpress now.

Hi there and welcome to our community,

This is the thing that’s so wonderful about WordPress. Just FTP into your account and rename your plugins folder, to something like plu000gins. By renaming the folder, all of the plugins will be disabled. You can then login normally, rename you plugin folder and activate one by one until you find the offending plugin. Sound good?

    Cheers,

    Paul

    Hey there.

This plugin as marked on the plugin page is for multisite only and won’t work with Single site installs of WordPress, sorry.

You need to log in with FTP and delete the plugin totally, you will then regain full access of your install.

The folder name should be /signup-password/

It’s that one which needs removing.

    Take care.
