Installed support plugin...looking for the "front end" location/URL that users see? Cant find it...)

    Hello Jon,

    First you have to enable Front End page. In Support Settings in Network, click tab Front End and tick "Activate Front End". Then you will see that there are option to create pages for Support page, Submit new ticket and FAQ page. You have to create pages with shortcodes in them (shortcodes are listed under each option) and then select those pages there and save.

    Those pages will be created on blog which ID you placed in option "Blog ID". If you select 1 it will be on the main site.
