Installed update and it caused the website to not function

Yesterday I sent a message asking for resolution on a problem i encountered when updating your plugin. The update disabled the sidebar and left the website a mess. I was sent an email asking me to "Grant access" to my sites back end. I did so and never heard back from anyone. What is the ETA? Are you looking into the problem?

    We don't know what you do on your website unless you tell us.
    You may have granted us access on your site but never told us you did on your thread, so we did not know and therefore did not investigate your issue further. We were waiting for an update from you.

    I see you just replied on your other thread so I'll just go ahead and mark this issue as a duplicate and close it.

    What is the ETA? Are you looking into the problem?
