[Integrated Video Tutorials] Video tutorials won't activate

Video Tutorials on this site seem to be stuck in mid-activation. I see “Please register this domain “https://renegadechattanooga.com” below:” and there’s a place for me to log in. I put in my creds, hit the login button, and my creds disappear and nothing else happens. I’ve done inspect in the browser and there are no JS errors. I’ve even tried in another browser.

    Hi Kenn ,

Just to be sure when trying to login were you logged into the WPMU DEV website? I could notice anomaly with connecting if the browser wasn’t logged into the WPMU DEV account, and the login worked if I was already logged in to WPMU DEV website.

Could you please double-check whether you could log in without any issue in such case? I’ll be reporting the anomaly what I noticed to the developer so it could be fixed.

If that’s not the case and you still have issues, please do share a screenshot of the issue you notice, and enable support access so that we could check further.

You can grant access from WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access, or check this manual: https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-5

Please let us know once you enable access so that we could get this sorted. Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Hi Nithin,

In my browser, I have a pinned tab which I keep logged in to the WPMU Dev dashboard. I’ve confirmed that I was logged in there as well.

    This is what I see:

I’ve enabled support access if y’all wanna come in and have a look around.

    Thanks!

    Hi Kenn ,

have a pinned tab which I keep logged in to the WPMU Dev dashboard

Just to be sure I meant the WPMU DEV account, ie please check whether you are logged in when accessing the following link in your browser:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/hub/my-websites/

In general, if you are logged into the WPMU DEV account ie via the above link, and open the plugin page in the same browser, this is how the page would behave, ie the login screen would automatically replaced as below:

Could you please double-check, and let us know if you still face a similar issue so that we could get check further if needed.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin
