We offer free samples of one of our products and the most efficient way to administrate this process would be to have the site capture their information then integrate it with our contact management software, specifically ACT!. The process as we envision it is:
Offer free samples to school administrators and child care professionals. We are already getting dozens of requests per day. It would be helpful if we could validate their business status, perhaps by cross-checking their business name with the Business Registry. If they don't have a validated business status the system would only allow them to purchase one sample for the discounted rate of $2.95 and pay for shipping.
Once their information is captured, we need to integrate it with either Quickbooks if it's a paid request or ACT! if it's a valid free sample request. Would appreciate any insights into how to set this up in WPMU before we get started.
