    Hello Matthias

    Debugging Internal Server Error without some actual server access is almost impossible, so we'll need some more access details. As this is a public forum, you should send us your details through our safe contact form
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/#i-have-a-different-question
    using this template:

    Subject: "Attn: Dimitris"

    - WordPress admin (login URL/username/password)
    - (S)FTP credentials for file access (host/username/password/path of the website in question)
    - server panel (cPanel/Plesk) access (login URL/username/password)
    - link back to this thread for reference (e.g. https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/example-topic)
    - any other relevant urls

    Keep in mind the subject line as ensures that it gets assigned to me.

    Thank you,
    Dimitris

    Did it (except No. 1 for explained reasons there). The strange thing is, btw, that on the German site the "Internal Server Error" goes away after accessing the main page (after that "reload" in another tab for any German page/post where the Server Error came and it's away)

    Hello Matthias

    I trust you're doing well!

    Please run a quick check for a conflict with another plugin or theme on your site. Deactivate all plugins and test if the error is still there. If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.

    Follow the steps from the flowchart:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif

    If the issue still persists with all plugins deactivated, please enable WordPress debug mode by putting the following to the wp-config.php file:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    Please make sure that you insert these lines above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ in the wp-config.php file.

    Replicate the issue one more time, this way all errors will be saved in the debug.log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. Please share the debug.log file with us

    Regarding your site's credentials, I am afraid we have not received them. If the issue still persists after the above tests, please send them by using our secure contact form:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/#i-have-a-different-question

    And Include the following:
    Subject: “Attn: Nastia”
    - WordPress admin username
    - WordPress admin password
    - Login URL
    - FTP/SFTP credentials (host/username/password)
    - Link back to this thread for reference
    - Any other relevant URLs

    Please advise,

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
