Invalid Argument when saving settings

Hi guys,

I am having an issue after I installed the Support System plugin. It is returning an error

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /.../wp-content/plugins/incsub-support/incsub-support.php on line 395

    Hope you're doing well today!

    This issue is related to the "Permissions Settings", there is no options displayed and as are not passed it gives that error, I think.

    I tried to replicate your settings in my install but I was unable to get that issue, so, seems to be something related to your setup. Can you please send us the FTP details of your website so we can investigate it further and work in a solution? If yes, please send it privately through our contact form:

    - WordPress admin username
    - WordPress admin password
