    Hi alexandegn,

It took me a moment to realize what was going on, but I believe the issue is that you're using BuddyPress on this same network, which wouldn't work alongside this forums plugin.

Using BuddyPress, I don't think you can use bbPress forums on a per-site basis (not sure on this one), where that would be another potential plugin you could use, but you should be able to use a plugin like Simple Press and activate it only on particular sites, like your main site.
    http://simple-press.com/

That's one alternative, though there are other forum plugins as well.

    Cheers,
    David

    Thanks David for this response:

Ok can you help me understand something here? So, how can I change from using BuddyPress to Multisite? Is this even possible?
So, if I want to use Forums I need to change my whole installation and deactivate BuddyPress? Or is it a theme thing?

As you can see, I am having trouble keeping things straight.

My main site is at http://www.pulsohispano.com
Since my installation contains BuddyPress, I can only use the forums, groups at the main site.
If I want to use independent forums per-site I should use simple-press.com plugin?

thanks and I eagerly await your response to this post

    Hiya alexandegn,

I believe this particular issue was resolved in your more recent threads but just to mention here as well, you wouldn't need to change from Multisite to BuddyPress or what not.

Multisite is a feature of WordPress, whereas BuddyPress is a plugin. You can use both together. It's just that this particular plugin does not work with BuddyPress active. That's all.

    Cheers,
    David
