Is the SUPPORT plugin only for members?

I installed this plugin with the hopes that it would help me to support the 45+ websites that I administrate. Perhaps I misunderstood how to use this plugin but I was looking for something that users can just submit requests for help and one of my team members respond.

Now if it is only for signed in members, is submitting a ticket only accesable via the dashboard or is it something that I can place on a PAGE within my site?

Just a little background, I'm creating a site for all of our volunteers to come to for resources and assistance. It is a private site so we limit access to verified members of our church only. Are there any other plugins that you may know of that would help to make this process easier?
