I am using the support system, and for the most part it is working well (looking forward to the upcoming revision that will include front end support tickets)
I have a problem where my subscribers tend to use our Contact form for submitting support requests - which as you know is not efficient and support can fall through the cracks. I do not see how we could manually enter the support question that is coming from the Contact form into the system; am I missing something?
Also, question 2. We are also using your video tutorials and it would make the most sense for our subscribers to have all of their support features under the same menu. How can I move the video tutorials menu to be placed under the support menu?
