Is there an easy way of migrating all my e-newsletter data.

Hi,

Is there an easy way of migrating all my e-newsletter data.

I am moving my root site to be a subsite (for operational reasons, with the benefit of hindsite I would have never made the root site a functional site but just a placeholder site)

But my root site has lots of enewsletter data. Is there a simple way to export and reload everything? I see it isn't and item on WP Export so I assume we have custom tables rather than custom post types but I guess loads of options too.

Maybe best to resort to exporting subscribed users and manually setup the rest?

    Hi @Locally,

    Hope you're well?

E-newsletter has an import export feature for subscribers, but not the actual settings etc.

However, they should all be stored in the e-newsletter tables

There are 8 tables in total.

    wp_enewsletter_groups
    wp_enewsletter_members
    wp_enewsletter_member_group
    wp_enewsletter_meta
    wp_enewsletter_newsletters
    wp_enewsletter_send
    wp_enewsletter_send_members
    wp_enewsletter_settings

You could possibly export them to CSV using WP ultimate CSV importer.

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-ultimate-csv-importer/

Then import them into your subsite.

As long as you know the subsite blog_id. you would just need to change the table names

    so for blog_id 2

    wp_2_enewsletter_groups
    wp_2_enewsletter_members
    wp_2_enewsletter_member_group
    wp_2_enewsletter_meta
    wp_2_enewsletter_newsletters
    wp_2_enewsletter_send
    wp_2_enewsletter_send_members
    wp_2_enewsletter_settings

Don't forget to create backups before any editing or importing into the DB, just to be on the safe side.

    Hope this helps
