Is there instructions somewhere…

I am trying to setup the support desk on the network, I have the network setup, but I cant figure out how to see the support desk up front…..from a users end.

    I’m sorry but this can’t be made to work on the front-end as it stands, it only works from the admin side where users can submit their tickets and view them, the lead developer on this is aware of this feature request.
