Issue found with WHMCS Support Module


I’ve found a bug in the WordPress/WHMCS Integrator. The “Ticket Has Been Created” page takes forever to load. Here is how to recreate the error:

1. Go to
2. Enter the login information I sent to Jose's email address.
3. Click My Support Tickets.
4. Click Submit Ticket.
5. Choose any department, fill in the form and click Submit.

After that, the browser will load the next step/page endlessly.

What could be the cause of the problem?
