Issue with Drop Down sub-menu in Menu #2

I received an email this morning - for an issue I thought had gone away, but hasn't -

In haste - nave been checking out the TPARC website and have just got onto My Account, but have had trouble accessing ‘My Subscriptions” - the drop-down tab disappears when I try and click on it ..."

Can someone please check out the top menu at for this issue?

Thanks. I sometimes happens on iPads - but seems to be working on mine, now. I think she is using a desktop or portable. FYI.
