Issues exporting Membership 2 User Data

I'm using a profile export plugin "Export User Data" to export user information. Every field I have tried seems to work, except for one.

When ever I try to export "MS Subscription" information, I get this error:

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at http://www.example.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=export-user-data might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE

I seem to be able to export all other Membership info just fine (MS ID, etc.). For me - the MS Subscription (I assume it will show text of what membership the user is currently in) is actually one of the most important (I use membership to separate types of users, not Wordpress roles). I have not done much testing (different theme, website, deactivating plug-ins, etc.), but was hoping that someone could run a quick test and see if this error pops up on your website using the same export plug-in or not.

I do have bbpress and buddypress installed -but all applicable add-on features are activated.

Thanks,
Daniel

    Hi Daniel, hope you had a wonderful day.

    At first, can you please do a plugin conflict test just to make sure no other plugin is causing this? To know more about plugin conflict test, you can check this guide: http://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/using-wpmu-dev/getting-support/

    Probably your server is going out of memory when you try to export Subscription information, I'm not sure though. Your debug log can give us more info regarding this. Can you turn on debug mode in WordPress? To enable it, open your wp-config.php file and look for define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);. Change it to:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    In order to enable the error logging to a file on the server you need to add yet one more similar line:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    In this case the errors will be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/directory.

    Depending on whether you want your errors to be only logged or also displayed on the screen you should also have this line there, immediately after the line mentioned above:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    The wp-config.php is located in your WordPress root directory. It’s the same file where the database configuration settings are. You will have to access it by FTP or SFTP in order to edit it.

    Past errors here. If file is very long, paste them to a text file and attach with your reply.

    I'm looking forward to hear from you and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Have a nice day. Cheers!

    I used the older version (Export Users to CSV), which essentially doesn't give you the option of choosing fields to pull.

    When viewing the MS Subscription field, I get a LONG export for each user:

    It seems like 'MS Subscription' contains ALL subscription information (I thought it would just be the name). It still does contain the Subscription Name, so I can sort via excel to filter the list, to see who exactly is in which subscription. Not a perfect solution, but good enough for me. If this ever gets fixed/easier to review (export of users by Membership Pro 2 subscriptions), please let me know.
