Issues with all my plugins

I am having issues with plugins on ALL of my sites. I have an update that is running, has been running for over 2 hours. This is not good guys. I need to get this fixed as I have these plugins on sites and I am unable to update them VIA the Hub or Dashboard on the sites. They are not allowing access to the Video Libary. Please advised.

    Hi Jamie,

    It should never take 2hrs, something else must be stopping them updating.

    What do you mean they preventaccess to video library?

    Is there any error messages shown at all? Can you check your Error logs?

    You can add the following to your wp-config.php

    First, set WP_DEBUG to true in wp-config.php

    Then add the following lines below the DEBUG line so it looks like below:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
    define('WPMUDEV_API_DEBUG', true);
    define('WPMUDEV_API_DEBUG_ALL', true);

    This then should create a debug.log file in /wp-content folder.

    Try updating again via the dashboard plugin, and then check the debug.log file so we can take a look at it.

    Also, try deactivating all your other plugins to determine if a pluginis preventing it working. Especially plugins or themes that have built in updater scripts too.

    Follow the flowchart on the following page to see which plugin might be interfering.

    Did you get those debug.log file I asked for previously?

    If you added the defines I gave you to wp-config.php, then there will be a debug.log file in your /wp-content folder.

    I need to see that debug file.

    Are those sites actually updated?sometimes it says it couldn't update, but if you refreshthe page, they are actually updated.
