Issues with Authorize.net on Membership Pro

A couple of issues I'm facing with Membership Pro:

1. When I received confirmation of payment via authorize.net there is no description so it is impossible to tell what has been subscribed to. I have different payment levels so it is easy to reconcile but this doesn't seem to be a good workaround, especially if anyone has different subscriptions at the same price.

2. When someone subscribes I have to go in to authorize.net and manually approve the recurring payment and then set the new user up manually in Membership Pro. This seems wrong - surely it should be automated so the new user gets access immediately?
