Issues with Hummingbird and other plugins

I have just finished my 14 day trial and updated my credit card account details. All was working well using on of the sites on my multisite installation which was http://durhamdiocese.org now the account is working on my top level site bluespr.co.uk and I cannot add the durhamdiocese.org website to the account or see the hummingbird or dashboard in that multisites dashboard.

Please help.

    Hi Keith Blundy,

So sorry to hear the inconvenience. I'm sorry but I'm not clear about some points. You said: "All was working well using on of the sites on my multisite installation which was http://durhamdiocese.org". Did you map "http://durhamdiocese.org" this domain to one of your subsites in your multisite network with Domain Mapping? Or is this the main domain of that network?

You also said: "now the account is working on my top level site bluespr.co.uk and I cannot add the durhamdiocese.org website to the account". So "bluespr.co.uk" is the main site of the network and "durhamdiocese.org" is mapped?

When you install and activate Hummingbird on a network, it should show the option only in the Network Dashboard because Hummingbird works on per site basis. When you create a network, all subsites are under one network "site".

Regarding the adding site to account issue, are you referring to "durhamdiocese.org" not being shown in your "My Websites" section in WPMU DEV? If "durhamdiocese.org" is a mapped domain, then I guess it won't be listed because it's not an individual site. It's a subsite under another network which has a mapped domain.

However, I still think, I'm missing something here. Can you please send us little more details about your setup so we can have a better understanding of your issue? We can provide you a better solution if we are clear about everything.

Moreover, I could tell you better about the issue if I could see it live, check your current configuration and make some tests on your site. Would you mind allowing Support Access so we can have a closer look at this?

To enable support access you can follow this guide here:
    http://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-dev-dashboard-enabling-staff-login/

Please confirm here when you are done granting Support Access. I'm looking forward to hearing from you and resolving this issue as soon as possible.

    Have a nice day. Cheers!

    Hi Keith Blundy,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, we follow a queue when it comes to replying to a thread, and it was a busy week, hence this delay.

In a multisite network, by default only minification settings are available for the subsites. Rest of the settings such as Gzip, Browser caching are applied globally. I checked your website, and I could see you have disabled minification in the Hummingbirds network dashboard, under Hummingbird > Dashboard

I have changed that settings to Blog Admins can minify, and Hummingbird Minification settings should appear in all your subsites.

I tried to access your subsite, but due to the domain mapping settings, it's being re-directed to login screen. So, if the Hummingbird dashboard still doesn't appear in your subsite, would recommend you to temporary change the domain mapping settings, so that we could access your website, and have a better idea regarding this. Since it's a live site, I didn't make any such changes in your system to access the subsite.

Please do clear the cache, and check whether everything works fine, and let us know if you still need any further assistance. Have a nice day.

    Best Regards,
    Nithin
