Issues with times blocked off that should not be

Having 2 booking time issues:
1) No matter what we set as our hours of operation, it blocks out Saturday.
2) Even though we have set to be able to handle 2 reservations per time slot, the system shows the time reserved and unbookable even though we only have 1 reservation on that time slot.

    I hope you are well today!

    Did you try to use the Capacity option for the services to force it to accept more than one booking for the same time? That will not work unless there is a number of service providers equal to or greater than the capacity you set.

    So if you want to increase the capacity for a service, you must ensure that you have neough service providers assigned to that service. You may set those additional service providers as Dummies if you don't want them appearing on the front-end as selectable providers.
