It looks like Smush couldn’t verify your WPMU DEV membership so Pro features like Super-Smush may not work correctly. If you think this is an error, run a re-check or get in touch with our support team. is the message I keep getting when I bulk smush.

    This might be a temporary glitch, if you are still receiving the same message after a while, would recommend you to reset your API Key, and then check whether it works fine. You can find the RESET API KEY button at the bottom of the Account page in your Hub:

    Please do note, resetting the API key, will log you out from the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin, you’ll have to re-login into the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin, so that WP Smush Pro plugin works fine.

    If you still have issues, even after making the above changes, please enable support access, so that we could give a closer look. You can grant access from WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access, or check this manual: http://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-dev-dashboard-enabling-staff-login/
