I've bumped myself out in the user roles settings…

Oh you must love these ones….

I was trying to edit the User Roles in the new add-ons admin settings in Appointments+ and evidently I didn’t understand what I was doing properly and have now bumped myself out and don’t have permission to edit any settings!

Can you please:

1. Tell me how to get myself back in the game with minimal disruption to the site, and

2. Point me in the direction of a web page/manual or something that explains the user roles in the Appointments + plugin?
