I've done several sites with smush pro and then installing

I've done several sites with smush pro and then installing the wpu dashboard and every one of them has been problematic.

I am on Ubuntu 15 running Chrome latest. Internet has changed error and then reloading I get -- {"code":"rest_no_route","message":"No route was found matching the URL and request method","data":{"status":404}} at url https://premium.wpmudev.org/api/dashboard/v1/authenticate

I don't have time for this. It makes me authenticate for each site (I have 15 or so sites).

If I back my browser back to the wp-admin page and try logging in again, it works and then wants to update my smush pro.

It should work the first time though. Not sure if you can troubleshoot given the info above.

    Hi Craig,

    Hope you're well?

    Can I ask who you're hosting with?

    Also, could you add the following to your wp-config.php

    First, find the following line:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );

    Change this to true, & then add the additional lines below so that it looks like;

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
    define( 'WPMUDEV_API_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WPMUDEV_API_DEBUG_ALL', true );

    Then activate the dashboard plugin again and try and use the admin.

    Once done, this should now create a logfile on your server.

    Can you then copy/paste me the logs from the log file.

    You will find the debug.log file located in/wp-content/
