I've followed the instructions for installation, as best

I've followed the instructions for installation, as best I could. (the instructions, seem to no longer match the product...)

The plugin is installed, and activated.
I've added a couple of sites, and have ensured those domain names ARE in fact pointed to the correct server. I've also ensured they are parked on the main domain.

The problem is, I can't access their respective dashboard. SO I cannot go into "Tools" to complete the mapping.

It's like a catch 22
- I can't map the domain, because the dashboard is inaccessible.
- I can't access the dashboard, because domain is not mapped.

In previous versions, this plugin was much easier to install and use.

This wordpress installation is a virgin install. The first thing I've tried to accomplish is mapping a domain. Nothing else has been done to this install.

Any advice on where to check or can someone take a look at my site and show what I might have done incorrectly??

Thank you

    Hello @desdev

    Hope you're well?

After visiting your site, I can't access all sub-sites that you created. May I know if you already setup the network? This is a vital part to enable multisite features.

You can find the steps here http://leftbraintv.com/wp-admin/network/setup.php (make sure you are logged in as admin before you visit the page).

Refer to the image to make sure you are on the correct page.

    Please advise,

    Hi there @desdev,

    Hope you're well today!

Could you let me know your dedicated IP please and one of the domains you want to map?

Also when did you add the wildcard to the domain, as not being able to load the dashboards, it looks like the wildcard is yet to propgate, could you post a screenshot of your DNS settings please?

    Kind Regards

    Hi there @desdev,

Hope you're well today and thanks for the additional information.

I've checked and your dedicated IP loads a internal server error page (Screenshot attached).

That should be pointing to the root of your multisite install. Can you check your server error logs please?

    Kind Regards
