I've just searched for our job Pro profile and I can't seem to locate

I've just searched for our job Pro profile and I can't seem to locate.
We've been on there for approx 2 years so not sure what has happened and would appreciate if you could check.

    I can see you are now elite member instead of Pro ? Have you recently upgraded from Pro subscriptions with us ?

    We don't handle membership stuff in forum. Please contact our billing department directly via our contact form and they will be able to help you figure this out. Because they have more information about your account then support staff.

    Go to our contact us page and select "I have a billing question" as seen in screenshot.
