Just a few questions during the trial


i just want to be sure I understand everything.

1) First of all – Membership includes EVERYTHING listed? no additional charges for this plugin or that theme or this support type or whatever? what is EXTRA?

2) Is this the form of support that’s provided? It’s all on a ticket system – no chat support or telephone with a live back-and-forth? that may be a deal breaker for me. The slow back and forth of tickets is not really conducive to problem solving in my experience.
